At SuperCalm, your satisfaction is our priority. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.

๐Ÿ” Eligible items for return

  • Unopened products in their original sealed packaging
  • Return requested within 30 days of delivery

โ›”๏ธ For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used food supplements are not eligible for a refund.

๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Once the return has been received and verified:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
