These terms and conditions govern the sale of products offered on www.mysupercalm.com. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read and accepted these terms in full.

2. Products SuperCalm sells products based on their description and specifications. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
SuperCalm operates as a seller and intermediary. We work with trusted suppliers who manage inventory on our behalf. In some cases, when a product is temporarily out of stock on our end, we may fulfil orders directly through our supplier network while we restock — ensuring your order is always fulfilled without delay. You will always receive the product described, regardless of the fulfilment method used.
SuperCalm reserves the right to modify product specifications or packaging at any time without notice, in order to improve the customer experience.
3. Orders Any order placed on the site constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after each purchase.
4. Pricing All prices are displayed in British pounds (£), inclusive of applicable taxes. Shipping is free on all orders. SuperCalm reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.
5. Payment Payment is processed online via secure methods: Shopify Payments, credit card or PayPal. Banking details are never stored by SuperCalm.
6. Shipping Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination. A tracking number is sent by email. SuperCalm cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
7. Right of Withdrawal The customer has 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
8. Liability SuperCalm shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from improper use of purchased products. Customers are responsible for reading the instructions and safety precautions provided.
9. Intellectual Property All elements of the site (text, images, visuals, logos) are protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
